Our mission is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that supports the interpersonal, academic, social, and career development of every student in our school community.  School counselors at Maynard H. Jackson High School will support the educational goals of all students regardless of ethnicity, academic ability or socio-economic status. We have designed a curriculum that engages the varied interest of our diverse student population.  The school counselor holds a unique position in collaborating with students, parents, teachers, community and business partners to inform their educational choices and their transition in to productive and engaged citizens.
